Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be delivered on the same day. For deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, we accept orders placed until 1pm on Friday.

Verbena Flores delivers floral arrangements in São Paulo Capital. Gifts or other non-perishable items are delivered throughout Brazil. Therefore, before placing your order, check that the delivery location is within our perimeter.

Shipping charged by Verbena Flores

The shipping cost will be charged according to the perimeter determined for each neighborhood through a zip code consultation, considering our studio, located in Morumbi, São Paulo/SP, as the starting point.

Some observations for the success of your delivery:

• In all delivery options, there may be a delay of 20 minutes before the deadline;

• It is important to always have the zip code of the delivery location on hand. Without it there is no way to complete your order. If the delivery address is difficult to locate, please use the comments field informing reference points for your delivery;

• Make sure that there will always be someone to receive your order on the chosen dates, periods and locations. We will not be responsible for returning the amount paid if there is no one to receive your order;

• Our driver is instructed to wait for up to 15 minutes at the location or try to leave the delivery with a neighbor, doorman or colleague. If you are unsuccessful, you will return to the store with the order and a new delivery will only be possible upon payment of a new delivery fee. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to the flowers due to unsuccessful delivery;

• If the delivery address is incorrect, we will send an email and telephone the customer in order to redirect the delivery without the product returning to our studio. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, new shipping will be charged. Any changes to the delivery address after the order has been dispatched will be subject to a new shipping charge;

• In the event that there is a significant delay in delivery for reasons beyond our control, such as floods, accidents, traffic jams, among others, the customer will be notified. If the reason for the delay is our responsibility, the delivery fee will be paid.
