Refund Policy

VERBENA Refund and Return Policy ( Updated September 2022)

It is solely up to the Customer to immediately examine the order after delivery.

If the Order purchased on the Website presents any defect or damage, the Customer may request a return or exchange through the following means of communication:

Considering that these are perishable products, the Customer will have a period of (2) calendar hours, from receipt of the order, to inform the existence of the defect and request an exchange or return.

After the period indicated above has passed, the order will be considered accepted by the Customer.

Returns of Orders paid by credit card will be made through a refund, to be requested from the administrator of the card used for the purchase.

Remembering that the deadline for effecting the refund is carried out in accordance with the rules and conditions of the card administrator, and is your sole responsibility.
